Sump pump failure in Buffalo New York

SERVPRO was called and responded very quickly to a sump pump failure in Buffalo New York in a finished basement. The customer was very upset because they had not long ago did the finishing touches in their Rec Rm in the basement. SERVPRO did remove the carpet and pad and was able to dry out the affected areas of the walls and content for them. Customer was very pleased with the work that SERVPRO performed and stated that they would continue in the future to use SERVPRO for any other losses. They also stated that they would be passing the word around to family and friends to let them know how good of a job SERVPRO does.
