When sewage back up occurs, it will need professional cleaning

This customer in Buffalo had sewage back up into her basement from a drain in the floor. There was sewage all over the basement. Yes the basement was unfinished but the customer had a lot of content that was damaged from this loss. After customer got the issue fixed, she contacted her insurance company which in turn contacted SERVPRO. We arrived on site to assist with the clean up. The sewage was letting off a bad odor so SERVPRO set up an Air Scrubber which helped with that odor. The customer was so happy that SERVPRO could help her clean her basement due to her not being able to get into the basement to do that work herself. SERVPRO was glad to assist the customer in her time of need.
